1. It’s funny, since ”Women Who Rock” has become such a trite thing, but those bands and what they were doing as performers and musicians were definitely a big deal. Without them, I wonder if we’d mainly be looking at 1990s alt rock as just sad boys who had a thing for 1970s hard rock.
